Set env var `GANDI_API_KEY` to your Gandi LiveDNS API key and
run `./dev_shell.sh` to get a shell with `certbot` available and the plugin
installed.
The plugin is installed in "edit" mode, so changes to the source will be
effective immediately without any deployment step.
