Testing/Development

Set env var GANDI_API_KEY to your Gandi LiveDNS API key and run ./dev_shell.sh to get a shell with certbot available and the plugin installed.

The plugin is installed in "edit" mode, so changes to the source will be effective immediately without any deployment step.
